An authoritative and experienced voice supporting modern music talent, Jordan Jay is a renowned UK-based A&R, manager, publisher, records, and music TV executive. In a new chapter, and as part of the Partner Talent Group of companies, in 2025 he’s leading Karma Artists into new areas of talent management, creative services, and strategic partnerships, while maintaining its core ethos: developing world-class song creators and building artist careers from the ground up. Through Karma Kreates, Jordan is working on bringing through television and technology projects related to music.

Jordan has been a part of the journeys of many up-and-coming and much-loved artists, songwriters, producers and mixers, as well as managing some of the biggest producer talent in modern pop music.

At Universal Music (Geffen, Polydor, Virgin/EMI) he worked on forming multi-million-selling groups The Saturdays and The Wanted, era-defining pop icons Girls Aloud and Sophie Ellis Bextor, reuniting, signing and A&Ring No.1 Westlife album ‘Spectrum’, two No.1 albums with The Vamps, Top 5 Elton John ‘Rocketman’ movie soundtrack with recognition from the Grammys/Golden Globes/Oscars, signing and A&Ring Brit/Mercury nominated Olivia Dean, helping HRVY, New Hope Club and Alok accumulate hundreds of millions of streams.

He consulted on Simon Cowell’s music team for The X Factor (2013-2017), as well as for Fremantle, ITV, Project Icon, The Voice, and Warner.

Jessica Miller

An integral part of the development of Karma Artists as a company, Jess has transitioned into a managerial role following years of successfully working across the artist and writer roster in various areas including development, pitching, and logistics. She is now responsible for the overall day to day operations of the company alongside being running point on her roster.

With previous experience in artist management working with Cat Burns, as well as events and content production, Jess is a multi-talented and highly organised executive with foresight and knowledge to maximise opportunities in promoting the great work that she helps facilitate with the Karma Artists talent roster.

Senior Creative Consultant

Anne Sandig

An experienced publisher, songwriter and producer-manager, Anne brings a wealth of experience as she joins Karma Artists in 2025. Her demonstrated history of working in the music industry spans major and independent companies, working with Brit, Ivor and Grammy winners and nominees, as well as chart-topping clients in the UK, Europe and US.

Anne also runs her own management company, just as, representing Courage, GG, Itamar Lapidot, and Lotte Mørkved.

The revered executive came up at the A&R department at Sony/ATV before joining leading US management company AAM, overseeing its UK and European roster. At AAM, she managed writers including Caroline Ailin, Clarence Coffee Jr, Grades, Martin Sjølie, MYKL, Starsmith, while collaborating on the U.S. roster including Dr. Luke, Jason Evigan, Julia Michaels, Sarah Hudson, Serban Ghenea, and Toby Gad.

Later joining Kobalt Music Publishing, Anne’s roster featured writers DFA, James Essien, Lauren Aquilina, Max Wolfgang, Ollie Green, Rich Cooper, Sakima, and Simon Aldred.

She has also consulted for AMLOR, Manifest, Massive, and San Remo.
