Jordan Jay

Jordan comes from a musical background with his father as a successful songwriter and producer.  He worked for Universal Music for 9 years as a Senior A&R Executive forming bands such as The Saturdays and The Wanted. Other artists he has worked with include Girls Aloud, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Cover Drive, The Vamps, Andrew Lloyd Webber and more recently Elton John, The Vamps, Westlife, HRVY, New Hope Club amongst others for Virgin/EMI Records. To date, Jordan has amassed over 50 top 10 singles and 6 UK number 1’s with the artists he has worked with.  In 2017 Jay re-joined Universal as Senior A&R Manager for Virgin/EMI records and works across both roles.

Ross Gautreau

Ross worked for ASCAP for 6 years where he built relationships with a wide variety of hit songwriters, producers and artists from both sides of the Atlantic and signed an array of talent to ASCAP including Calvin Harris and Florence and the Machine. Since then he has consulted to Fairwood Music Publishing who work with the prestigious David Bowie catalogue and house an array of well known copyrights, as well as Epic Records and Polydor Records where he worked in an A&R scouting capacity championing/discovering talents The 1975 and James Bay amongst others.

Jess Miller

Jess has always had a passion for music and since graduating from university in 2017 has been working for the past two years within the industry. With previous experience in artist management, Jess has worked with a range of emerging talent, helping develop artists and grow the roster.
