About
Jordan and Ross founded Karma Artists after working together in the A&R department at Polydor Records in 2011.
During that time they worked with a number of artists at early stages of their careers, some that would eventually sign to the label and attain huge success, and others that didn’t.
‘Artist development has always been a huge part of what we love about the industry, pairing artists with the right co-writers and producers to help define artist propositions. Helping artists discover who they are artistically and what they want to say and stand for. Everything starts with a great song and our love of great songs led us to starting the business, working with some of the best song creators in the business.‘
Since forming Karma the combined sales of the roster represented are in excess of 500 million units. Jordan and Ross were awarded the prestigious Writer/Producer Manager of the Year award at the Artist & Manager Awards, and have been nominated for Writer/Producer Management Company of the Year in 2023 & 2024 at the MBW awards.
