Jimbo is best known for writing and producing hits for the Irish band The Script including the recent single ‘Rain’ and worldwide #1 ‘Hall of Fame Feat Will.I.Am’.
He is an Irish songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist based in the legendary Metropolis Studios, London.
After moving from Ireland to London in 2009, he started his career working as an assistant for chart producers in the UK where he learned his skills as a record maker.
A year on and he was working on the Bressie (lead singer of the Blizzards) solo album. Jimbo also worked alongside Metrophonic as a producer and programmer for the hit American TV show ‘X factor USA’
Following this, Jimbo programmed and played on The Script album ‘Science and Faith’. Here he developed a long-standing relationship with the band and on their third studio album wrote and produced the bands international hit ‘Hall of Fame’. Overall his established partnership with The Script has earned him 20 cuts and 5 singles with the band and he is still working closely with them on their forthcoming releases.
Jimbo is currently working with John Newman, JP Cooper, The Vamps, Kamille, Sam Preston, Ed Drewett amongst a growing list of Top 40 artists.
